none">In this role you will work closely withSales Managers, QA Specialists and Product Managers to support CRM processes and reduce the number of duplicate support calls through documentation and training.

Type of work:
English level: Pre-Intermediate+


Responsibilities:

— Processing requests from sales managers through chats and the ticket system
— Analysis of system logs and escalation of complex issues to PM and development team
— Monitoring the operation of forms on the site, orders and integrations with CRM
— Interaction with developers during incidents and participation in testing and QA sessions
— Classification of support requests and detection of recurring problems
— Analysis of user errors and determination of their root causes
— Verification and reconciliation of data between different systems
— Preparing reports on appeals and proposals for improving processes
— Creating and maintaining clear user documentation and instructions
— Updating the internal knowledge base
— Assist in training sales managers on new features and system updates


Required skills:

— Support experienceCRM systems or participation in software development projects
—Experience writinguser documentation, instructions, or internal guides
root causes of problems
- Experience with the ability toprioritize tasks
— Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams


Will be a plus:

- Experienceoptimizing processes or improving internal of operations
— Familiarity withdata reconciliation and system integrationsExperience working closely with development or QA teams For you:
