IT business analyst (Business Analyst) in the direction of e-commerce.

Area of responsibility: 

• Collection, analysis and formalization of requirements from business users, customers and stakeholders
• Description of processes and preparation of documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Case, User Story, BPMN, ER diagrams) in Confluence
• Interaction with project managers, developers and testers during the implementation of changes
• Analysis of data exchange logic between systems and optimization of integrations
• Participation in functional testing and support of changes in Jira
• Periodic visits to retail facilities for testing, equipment and staff training

Our expectations: 

• Higher education (technical, economic, managerial - preferably in the field of IT)
• Experience as a business analyst or project manager from 2 years (preferably in IT projects)
• Practical skills in working with Jira, Confluence and SQL (writing queries of medium complexity)
• Ability to model processes in BPMN
• Willingness to work in a cross-functional team and take on related tasks as needed (be an interchangeable player)
