Support manager in a bookmaker office (no experience) in Pupsik

Hello! We are looking for a sociable, calm and attentive person who wants to enter the gambling sphere from scratch - help players in chats, quickly solve questions and make sure that customers remain satisfied

What we offer:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
• Offline work
• Salary from the first month + speed bonuses and quality of answers
• Complete training from scratch: from betting rules to working with CRM, payments and typical player requests (mentor + practice the first weeks)

What you will do:

• Answer in online chats (site, Telegram, Instagram)
• Help with registration, verification, replenishment/withdrawal of funds
• Explain the rules of bets, bonuses, calculation of events, promotional codes
• Resolve simple disputes: uncredited bonus, payment delay, error in the coefficient
• Guide players through the personal account, mobile application
• Escalate complex cases to senior support or the security service

What is important to us:

• Good Ukrainian language (you write quickly, clearly, politely, without (errors)
• Calm personality - know how not to react to players' emotions
• Fast typing and the ability to hold several chats at the same time
• Basic understanding of sports/betting (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Attention to details (so as not to miss important information)
• No experience necessary - the main thing is patience, responsibility and a desire to help people
