Junior Project Manager (no experience) in Makarenko S.V., FOP

We are inviting a responsible and organized person who wants to start a career in IT and project management for the position of Junior Project Manager. If you are interested in how IT teams work, want to coordinate processes and develop in the direction of management, this vacancy will be a great start. Experience is not required, we teach from scratch.

Working schedule: 9:00–18:00 or 9:00–19:00
Working days: Monday–Friday
Format: offline

What you will do after training:

• Maintain tasks in the tracker: create, distribute, change statuses
• Create simple schedules, timings, checklists, roadmaps
• Collect statuses from the team, remind about deadlines
• Organize daily/weekly meetings, prepare notes and protocols
• Communicate with developers, designers, customers (chats, mails, calls)
• Prepare basic reports for management and clients
• Help senior PMs lead medium and large projects

What is important to us:

• Organization and desire to keep everything under control
• Good Ukrainian language (written and spoken - clearly, quickly, without water)
• Basic English is a big plus (read/write simple messages)
• Attention, quick learning, positive even when there is a deadline on fire
• Willingness to communicate a lot and not be afraid to ask
• Experience is not required - the main thing is responsibility and the desire to grow into a full-fledged Project Manager

This position is ideal for those who want to enter the IT field and develop in project management even without previous experience.
