Support manager (chat consultation) in Kvs-grupp

We deal in food products in large volumes and are currently looking for a person to help us accompany group partners in chats. this is a work about order, efficiency and normal communication.

? what will need to be done

• help partners: answer questions in messengers about the availability of vegetables, meat or groceries in stock.

• place orders: help customers collect the required amount of goods and orientate prices.

• enter data: write information in the table so that we do not forget anything and send on time car.

? about money and conditions

• salary: from 40,000 UAH + bonuses for your activity and quantity of processed requests.

• discounts: we have a cool program for ours — up to 20% on the entire assortment store.

• start: we will teach everything. the internship is paid, and there will always be someone nearby to whom you can ask any question.

? where we work

We work together at our Kyiv base. it is not remote, because in wholesale trade everything changes quickly, and it is important for us to be oncommunication with each other. we have a cool atmosphere, fresh produce in the access area and a supportive team.

? about development

If you have ambitions - we are only "for". you can grow within the company to the manager of the direction. we do not set a time frame, it all depends on your desire to learn and take on new tasks.
