Velaro Outlead is looking for a communicative customer support manager who knows how to build trusting relationships, negotiate with company managers and accompany customers throughout the entire period of cooperation.
Main duties:
- Regular communication with clients and maintaining constant contact;
- Prompt response to client requests, questions and problems;
- Building trusting and long-term relationships with clients;
- Management of contracts throughout the period of cooperation;
- Preparation of contracts and control of their signing ;
- Control of contract validity periods;
- Transfer of contracts and accompanying documents to the manager for review.
Our expectations:
- Knowledge of the German language from level B1 (conversational);
- High level of communication skills;
- Diplomacy, the ability to negotiate and negotiate;
- Responsibility, attention to details, focus on results.

- Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 (Saturday and Sunday are closed);
