What you need to do:

• Handling chats and emails, communicating with players and clients.

• Processing tickets to payment systems, receiving responses and finalizing statuses.

• Updating and redirecting transactions of agents.

• Setting limits for players.

What hard skills do you need to have:

• Work experience: minimum 6 months in a betting company or casino.

• Key skills: experience in handling chats, emails and payment tickets.

• Knowledge and competencies: understanding of the principles of betting, casino and sports betting; knowledge of payment systems; ability to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information.

• Language and level: English at B2 level.

• Personal wishes/priorities: quick thinking, proactive and insightful person.
