What you need to do:
Handling chats and emails, communicating with players and clients.
Processing tickets to payment systems, receiving responses and finalizing statuses.
Updating and redirecting transactions of agents.
Setting limits for players.
What hard skills do you need to have:
Work experience: minimum 6 months in a betting company or casino.
Key skills: experience in handling chats, emails and payment tickets.
Knowledge and competencies: understanding of the principles of betting, casino and sports betting; knowledge of payment systems; ability to learn quickly and absorb large amounts of information.
Language and level: English at B2 level.
Personal wishes/priorities: quick thinking, proactive and insightful person.
