RadASO is actively growing and developing the User Acquisition service in foreign markets. Therefore, our team is looking for a Middle User Acquisition Specialist.

If you you have expert experience with Apple Search Ads and (or) Facebook (Meta Ads) , Google ads (UAC) and other promotion tools, you have a desire to experiment a lot and work with different projects and areas, and you are not confused by large arrays of key queries and data , automation systems in general - welcome to our team!

< b style="font-weight: 700">Your skills:

  • Confident use of tools: Apple Search Ads , Facebook (Meta Ads), Google Ads (UAC), TikTok Ads (or some of them).
  • Ability to work with creatives and a design team.
  • Knowledge of the English language at the Upper level -Intermediate (for periodic meetings with clients and support).
  • Experience in managing a team and the ability to motivate employees will be a plus.

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with: Snapchat, AdMob, Unity, IronSource.
  • Experience with analytical systems: Appsflyer or Adjust or Firebase, Tableau and Google Analytics (GA4).

The team is waiting for you:

  • Lead Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC) for mobile applications.
  • Implement User Acquisition strategy specified by Team Lead.
  • li>Engage in the preparation of media plans for commercial offers and participation in sales together with the sales department.
  • Monitor and optimize advertising activity to achieve ROAS KPIs.
  • Compile, develop and automate project reports .
  • Work with cross-functional Creative and ASO teams.
  • Look for growth points to improve traffic performance, actively launch and test new channels.
