Qualifications and Experience:

Technical Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related

Technical Skills:

Understanding of operating systems such as such as Windows, IOS

Knowledge of the basics of network technology and protocols

Experience with common office programs and office equipment

Ability to install, configure and administer various equipment (computer computers, printers, routers, etc.)

Administrative skills: the ability to effectively interact with users

Availability of certificates from well-known hardware or software manufacturers (will be an advantage)

The role involves:

Technical support for users:

Solving technical problems of users, providing advice and assistance with day-to-day IT issues

Installing and configuring equipment:

Solving problems related to the compatibility of software and operating systems.

Documentation and instructions:

Maintaining hardware configuration documentation and administration processes.

Creating instructions for users and colleagues.
