  • expertise in direct search for candidates (Executive, Headhunting, social and professional networks, recommendations, personal networking, other channels)
  • experience with recruitment automation systems (ATS)
  • experience in developing and implementing onboarding programs
  • understanding and ability to build effective recruiting funnels
  • strong organizational skills for coordination of several processes at the same time
  • empathy, feedback orientation and process improvement
  • developed oral and written communication skills
  • ability to quickly adapt to changes, attention to details
  • ability to work in a team and build productive working relationships with colleagues and managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • management of the full cycle recruiting flow: from the collection of job requirements to the offer of employment
  • active participation in the creation and implementation of a transparent personnel search policy
  • creating ideal candidate profiles by identifying key competencies, skills and qualifications for each job opening
  • social media recruiting using professional networks such as LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing resources
  • closing vacancies for senior and middle management, narrow-profile experts in various areas of business
  • conducting hiring efficiency analytics, as well as finding new approaches to improve the hiring process and reduce the time to search for candidates
  • supporting effective communication with department heads to understand personnel needs
  • participating in the development and implementation of the personnel adaptation process (Preboarding, Onboarding) and further coordination of the process
  • supporting a new employee during the trial period: involvement in monitoring the results of the first months of work of newcomers until the successful completion of the trial period, collecting feedback and solving possible issues that arise during adaptation
