What you will do

• Interact with users, understand their needs and solve technical problems
• Respond to customer requests, analyze and eliminate malfunctions
• Use monitoring tools and analyze logs to diagnose problems
• Ensure stable operation of the company's IT infrastructure
• Work in a team and cooperate with other departments
• Maintain high quality of service even in stressful situations
• Constantly develop your technical skills and adapt to changes in technology

What qualifications and experience are required

• 3+ years of experience in the field of technical support
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux at the level administrator
• Understanding of network technologies
• Confident use of technical problem analysis and diagnosis tools
• Experience with Oracle databases (SQL/PLSQL) and MSSQL
• Ability to quickly find and implement solutions
• Readiness for training and professional development
