Support Engineer in Everstar

Now we are looking forSupport Engineer for our client — one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Required skills and experience:

Future responsibilities:

• Customer consultation by answering in all communication sources: phone, mail, chats;
• Keeping requests in Jira and CRM;
• Communication and assistance to other departments within their competence;
• Receiving, assembling, packing and sending parcels if necessary;
• Reception and inspection of products and components, preparation of products and components for shipment.
