What Challenges Await You in the role of Customer Support Agent— processing incoming calls to the customer support service through calls (Freshdesk);— processing requests through chats and e-mails;— participating in the development of scripts and proposals for improving work processes;— maintaining the refund rate at an appropriate level ;— transmission of bug reports upon self-discovery or after receiving a request from clients. What is important for us:— English language proficiency B1 and above;— available comfortable conditions for remote work (stable Internet connection, absence of extraneous noises in the room and the availability of a working computer);— customer orientation, openness, the desire to help and solve the client's problems;— a high level of stress resistance. It will be great if you already have experience in customer/technical support or sales to the English-speaking market on the phone ; if you do not have experience - we are ready to teach you everything!
