We currently need Customer Support Agentin one of our portfolio companies who can not only support the level of customer service, but also improve it.
What challenges await you as a Customer Support Agent:
— processing of incoming requests to the customer support service via chats and email (Freshdesk); needs;
— achievement of KPI and other result indicators set before the team;
— participation in the development of templates and proposals for improving work processes;
— maintenance of the refund rate at the appropriate level;
— maintenance of worksheets;
— meetings with the team leader and the team;
— transmission of bug reports upon self-discovery or upon request from clients.
What is important to us:
— 1+ years of experience working with clients in the English-speaking market;
— English language proficiency level B1 and above;
— available comfortable conditions for remote work;
— client orientation, openness, desire to help and solve client problems;
— high level of stress resistance.
