Your functionality will include:

• Receive and record requests from company employees and partners.

• Primary diagnosis of technical problems in dialog mode with the user and remote access to the computer

• Resolving problems related to technology and Internet networks

• Resolving problems with cash register, reporting and other applications, that are used by the company

What we expect:

• IT or technical education - will be an advantage
• Experience in customer support, technical support (Retail, Internet providers) - will be an advantage

• Working with 1C, experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
