Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of personnel (merchandisers);
• Field training of personnel, training for the team;
• Control of personnel work in TT;
• Organization of teamwork, holding meetings;
• Motivation of staff;
• Maintaining weekly reports;
• Performance of current additional tasks;
• 80% of working time is work in the fields.

Requirements:

• Experience of managing a team of up to 12 people;
• Experience of working as a merchandiser supervisor from 1 of the year (field of sales, promotion);
• Knowledge of the specifics of various networks is desirable;
• Responsibility, determination, perseverance, orientation to the result, stress resistance;
• Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Power Point, etc.) at the user level;
• A car is optional, with the availability of a car - fuel compensation is provided 
• Military ticket for men
