Supervisor of brand consultants in SEARCH & HUNT AGENCY

Advertising agency invites Csupervisors for the Brand Consultants team to cooperate with a tobacco company.

Main responsibilities:

• selection and staffing of the team, training, evaluation and motivation of personnel;
• reporting;
• accounting of project materials;
• visits "to the fields" - drawing up the personnel schedule, trips to cities, audits of the work of personnel at trading points;
• providing and checking reporting.

• compensation level — 29,000 UAH/month. + bonus part;

Requirements:

• the availability of a car and the possibility of traveling to the regional centers of the region;
