- Planning, evaluation and execution of business analysis on at all stages of the SDLC;
- Choosing the optimal approach to identifying needs and using appropriate methods;
- Working with all types of requirements throughout the life cycle: from idea to support;
- Requirements modeling (UML, BPMN) according to the project context;
- Definition of information architecture for project documentation;
- Participation in the formation of the road map of the solution;
- Decision volume and backlog management, prioritization and refinement;
- Determining the change management procedure;
- Working closely with development team, QA and PM.
