Supervisor HoReKa (TM Borjomi) in TRANS-AKVA

Job description

Trans-Aqua LLP is the exclusive importer of TM Borjomi in Ukraine, engaged in the distribution of premium drinks and other products. In connection with the expansion of regional coverage, we are looking for a Sales Supervisor for the city of Kyiv.

Duties:

• Managing a team of sales representatives (recruitment, training, control).
• Execution sales plans, expanding the distribution of the company's products.
• Control of receivables.
• Organization of effective work with clients (retail points, HoReCa, distributors).
• Analysis of the market, competitive environment and implementation of effective strategies to increase sales.
• Interaction with partners and control of the execution of contractual obligations.
• Reporting and analytics on KPI performance.

Requirements:

• Experience as a supervisor or territorial manager in the field FMCG.
• Experience in managing a team of sales representatives.
• Understanding the principles of distribution, merchandising, territory development.
• Confident skills in conducting negotiations and building long-term partnerships.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Availability of a car (reimbursement of fuel costs).
