We are looking for a Supervisor (Sales Manager) with his car for our company. If you are ready for challenges and have a desire to join our team, this vacancy may be just for you.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education;
• minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the retail trade industry (FMCG);
• knowledge of work processes with documents;
• expert knowledge of sales techniques and the basics of merchandising;
• a sufficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and experience with the 1C program;
• ability effectively process large volumes of information;
• excellent business communication skills;
• availability of a personal car (fuel compensation and depreciation).

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• achieving qualitative and quantitative goals;
• effective control over the activities of the sales team;
• conducting successful negotiations and marketing activities;
• reporting in accordance with established company standards.
• control over receivables debt;
• development and support of an active client base and the search for new sales channels;
• planning, organization and control of execution.
