Technical support specialist (German language, evening) in IP-Telecom Bulgaria

Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 14:00 - 22:00

Requirements:

• high communication skills: the ability to confidently and clearly present technical information, language literacy;
• knowledge of the German language at the B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level and above;
• customer orientation, ability to find a common language with different types of people;
• confident user of PC and office programs;
• desire to learn and learn new things;

• the ability to work in a team;
• experience in the field of technical support is not mandatory, but will be a plus!

Responsibilities:

• consulting customers, providing general information about services, settings, cost of services;
• resolve minor problems - incorrectly filled data, problems with settings or access;
• li> support for requests in chat, phone calls, e-mails and processing applications on the website.
