Student employment coordinator in Mate academy

We are currently looking for a cool style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">Coordinator, who will directly affect the success of students' employment.

About you:

• Team coordination experience/leadership experience/recruitment/customer service experience
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to motivate and find a common language with different people
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above
• Systematic and time management skills
• Market understanding and the IT field in general
• Understanding how LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni and other Job boards work
• Desire to understand how technology works under the hood and willingness to take our basic courses (HTML/CSS, JS)

Tasks:

• Preparation of students for job searches: help with creating resumes and cover letters, profiles in social networks
• Conducting webinars and lectures on the topic of employment and training interviews for students
• Supporting students in the application process on vacancies and communication with recruiters
• Analysis of student progress in job search, IT market in general
• Work with the Partnership team so that students are directly employed in partner companies
• Work with Slack, CRM system and task managers
