Designer / AI-production designer (logo + brand books) - project by project in Skaden

We are a small design studio that develops logos, brand books, and sometimes websites.
We work according to a clear structure and are looking for a designer for post-project cooperation (not full-time).

We are looking for a person who knows how to quickly and qualitatively collect results, work with AI tools, and carefully shape the design into a final professional look.

Format work

The work is based on a combination of AI + manual design work:

• generation of concepts through GPT / Gemini and other AI tools

• preparation of references and mockups through AI

• assembly and polishing of the design in Figma / Illustrator / Canva

• preparation of presentations for clients

• layout brandbooks according to the ready-made structure

We provide:

• a clear brief

• a clear step-by-step process

• examples of the required quality

• structured work without chaos

Main tasks? Creation of logo concepts

• analysis of the brief

• generation of 5 different concepts through AI

• AI-analysis of concepts (relevance of the brief, strengths, risks)

• writing of brief descriptions of the concepts

• creation of 4-5 mockups for each concept

• assembly of the presentation (PDF / PPT / Canva)

  small sizes

• logo preparation for print and web

Final files:

• AI / SVG / EPS / PDF

• PNG (transparent + different backgrounds)

• JPG

• Icon packs (512 / 192 / 32 / 16)

Vector requirements:

• no extra points and chaotic contours

• correct monochrome version

• fonts are translated into curves

Brandbook assembly

• brandbook layout according to the finished structure and texts

• generation of relevant visuals through AI

• use of provided logos and colors only

• unified system of indents, headings and style

• final clean PDF

Candidate requirements

• confident work in Figma or Illustrator (Canva - plus)

• basic understanding of logo design and composition

• experience with AI tools

• attention to detail and neat layout

• ability to work according to a structured process

• responsibility and meeting deadlines

This is not an art director or creative position leader.
We need a person of the production designer format who quickly collects a quality result.

 Format of cooperation

• project-based work

• tasks appear regularly, but without constant loading

• payment for the project or stage

• long-term cooperation with horoother results

Logo - concept package (presentation):
1500 UAH

Brand book (assembly):
2500 UAH

Important

• AI is a tool to speed up the process, but the final result is always proven manually.

• We work in stages: each next stage begins after confirming the previous one.
