Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and create actionable plans. Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of existing strategies and recommend adjustments to optimize results. Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new initiatives. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decisions and resource allocation. KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic goals and targets. Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes. Communication: Communicate strategic priorities, progress, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to guide strategic planning. Required SkillsExperience: Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting, preferably in the technology industry. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills withexpertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research. Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful strategy execution.
