The mission of the position: building a management accounting system and its automation. Functional duties: 1. Building and monitoring compliance with the company's accounting policy (management accounting). 2. Planning, organization and control of the work of the management accounting department (under 10 employees). 3. Development, optimization and formation of regular managerial financial and commercial reporting. 4. Construction and automation of financial and commercial business processes of the company. 5. Development of business models for the effectiveness of the company's key KPIs with different input data. 6. Conducting financial and commercial analysis, preparing proposals for improving indicators. 7. Control of operational processes.8. Production of TK and control of modifications 1С8. Necessary skills: Knowledge of basic principles and experience in building accounting policies and business models. Skills in financial analysis of the company’s activities. and working with databases, a confident PC user: 1C 8.3 (UNF, USC, UPP), Power Query and Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Point, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Bitrix24 (will be an advantage) Team management experience.
