Responsibilities:

• Organization and support of the strategic planning process
• Improving the effectiveness of the company's strategic and operational activities
• Conducting research into new strategic directions of the company's development
• Coordinating the implementation of strategic (in incl. foreign capital markets
• Development of financial and economic models for assessing business value and analysis of investment decisions
• Development of business cases for the introduction of new technologies, entry into adjacent market segments and strategic partnerships
• Coordination and negotiation with external partners regarding strategic projects
• Development of recommendations for the development of new business areas and strategic partnerships
• Coordination and management of work groups and project teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the field of corporate finance, audit, consulting, investment banking services, asset management companies
• Experience in building financial and economic models, skills in structuring and preparing presentations
• Experience in conducting pre-investment expertise and implementing the integration of necessary corporate functions in the implementation of operations mergers and acquisitions (is an advantage)
• Knowledge in the field of financial and economic analysis, the basics of telecommunication technologies, the basics of optimizing business processes and designing organizational structures
• The ability to find solutions to complex problems in the absence of standard solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to establish connections and business contacts
• Leadership qualities and skills defend your own point of view
• Systematic and analytical thinking
• Professional certifications ACCA, CFA, DipFR or MBA degree (is an advantage)
• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, mathematics or related disciplines
• Proficiency in English at the B2+ level
