Store manager in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a Store Manager - a leader who knows how to inspire the team, provide a high level of service and achieve business results.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Organize and supervise the work of the store team, adhere to standards of service and appearance.
• Manage personnel: form work schedules, ensure staffing, control motivation.
• Ensure training, adaptation and continuous development of employees.
• Resolve complex and non-standard customer requests.
• Ensure implementation of sales plans, profitability indicators and operational KPIs of the store.
• Control qualitative and quantitative sales figures of each employee.
• Ensure the implementation of marketing activities and merchandising standards.
• Organize the uninterrupted operation of the store, equipment and IT systems.
• Control the availability of the assortment, timely replenish the stock and supply logistics.

Key requirements:

• 5 years of work experience (preferably at least 2 years of experience in the field of telecommunications, retail sales or distribution and 3 years of experience in a managerial position in retail sales).
• English language – B2.
• Knowledge of the basics of management and team management.
• Proficiency in sales and customer service techniques.
• Understanding Kyivstar services and products (will advantage).
• Developed negotiation skills.
• Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
