Experience
Experience in managing a client service\customer operations team of Preferred: experience in Retention, Sales, VIP direction, contact centers.
Skills
Sure understanding of metrics: ARPPU, ADPPU, Avg Deposit, Deposit Frequency, In/Out.
Experience with:
Power BI
Confluence
Jira
CRM systems
Experience with telephony services:
Unitalk
Ringostat
other VoIP/contact centers (Binotel, Zadarma, Voximplant and etc.)
