What needs to be done:

• organize the implementation of sales targets;
• cooperate with architects and designers;
• communicate with key and retail customers;
• organize customer service according to service standards;
• organize and control the work of subordinates;
• carry out selection, training, adaptation of new managers from sales;
• cooperate with other structural units of the company.

You are suitable for us if you have:

• experience in managing a team (store/department);
• leadership qualities, ability and willingness to lead a team;
• experience in sales (tiles, plumbing, flooring or other building materials will be an advantage);
• customer orientation, purposefulness, no bad habits.
