• Communicating with customers in chats, promptly responding to their requests.
• Coordinating requests and transferring complex issues to the technical team.
• Monitoring the quality of service and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere in communication.
• Assisting in collecting feedback to improve the work of products and services.
