Your main responsibilities:

• Training and adaptation of new staff;

• Compiling and maintaining employee work schedules;

• Conducting audits and re-accounting, control of product circulation;

• Formation of orders for a product expert;

• Implementation of sales plans and improvement of store performance;

• Communication with customers and resolution of disputed or conflict situations.
