SEO/ASO Specialist in Raiffeisen Bank

Your experience and skills:

• From 3 years in the field of SEO, of which at least 1 year is working with mobile applications (ASO). Experience in the FinTech or E-commerce niche will be an advantage
• Technical background: Deep understanding of how search algorithms work, knowledge of HTML/CSS at a level sufficient to set tasks for developers
• Link Building: Skills of working with exchanges and direct outreach. Ability to assess the quality of donors and build long-term mass-building strategies together with the contractor
• AI literacy: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, etc. to solve SEO problems. Understanding the principles of vector search and how AI agents index information
• Confidence in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar attribution systems
• Soft Skills: Ability to justify your decisions with numbers, ability to work in a cross-functional team (together with designers, copywriters and developers)
• English - Intermediate (B1)
