Stock Planner & Analyst in TRENDFORMER

Our professional and creative team created and brought to the international market its own unique figital products under the brands PIXIO, HEY CLAY and VOXART, which are successfully sold in more than 30 countries worldwide through online channels (B2C, including Amazon), direct contracts with large retailers (D2R) and distribution network.

We are currently looking for specialist who will strengthen our team in the role of Stock Planner& Analyst.

What will be responsible for:

Analysis and provision of up-to-date data on product balances:

• analyze balances, turnover and stock level in warehouses;
• on the basis of analytics, form and place orders for warehouse replenishment;
• ensure correct and timely accounting of balances and movement of goods at warehouses in different countries, correctly display the movement of goods between warehouses in the Odoo ERP system;
• set up and maintain automatic data exchange between the company and warehouse operators / logistics contractors;
• analyze discrepancies after inventories and initiate corrective actions;
• evaluate the quality of work of partner warehouses and suggest improvements.

Sales analysis and forecasting:

• consolidate, analyze sales reporting (online marketplaces, retail and distributors);
• prepare reports and provide KPI dashboards with verified information;
• join with the sales team to participate in demand forecasting and the formation of sales plans;
• maintain in an up-to-date state the model of demand forecasting and flow replenishment for each individual partner - the retail network (about 8 accounts).

Our ideal candidate:

• has 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, analytics;
• understands the principles of e-commerce and working with distributors and retail, seasonality of demand and inventory management;
• knows Excel or Google Sheets at the level of an advanced user;
• experience working with the Odoo ERP system is desirable;
• can work with large amounts of data and draw qualitative, clear conclusions, has analytical thinking;
• English level at B1 or higher;
• works in a structured manner, pays attention to details and is able to prioritize tasks;
• has successful experience working with cross-functional teams (production, supply, finance, sales, etc.);
• ready to quickly adapt to changes and work in a dynamic environment.
