We are looking for a Data analyst!

What should be done?

• analyze large data sets and behavioral patterns of customers with the help of BI tools;
• prepare proposals for the organization and implementation of campaigns/mechanics for loyalty program customers;
• carry out the formation and preparation of data from databases;
• prepare reports with analytical conclusions and analyze the effectiveness of implemented proposals.

What do we expect?

• knowledge and understanding of the principles of working with structured databases (Oracle or MS SQL);
• experience in SQL environments (Oracle SQL Developer or MS SQL Server Management Studio);
• knowledge of the SQL language and writing experience SQL scripts;
• knowledge of BI tools: Excel, Power BI (will be an advantage);
• knowledge of SPSS (will be an advantage);
• understanding and application of A/B testing methodologies (will be an advantage);
• ability to form analytical conclusions and present results;
• ability to learn independently, attention to details, responsibility, initiative.
