  The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of a Specialist in the training of personnel with knowledge of the Italian language
  
  Your tasks:
• conduct initial training of trainees
• independently and objectively check the work of operators
• testing new candidates
• audit and listen to conversations rotors of the BEK category
• control the correctness of posting statuses by operators
< li style="font-weight: 400">check sales calls
and other interesting tasks

From you we expect:
• The desire to develop in the field of personnel training: developing and conducting training
• time management skills
• proficiency in Italianat an advanced level
• mastery of sales basics
• confidently use a PC, work with MS Office programs (Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, WordPad), experience with LMS will be an advantage.
