Job Functions:
- Analyzing and describing business requirements for software solutions within the existing information system
- Investigating existing automation processes
- Evaluating the capabilities of the Creatio system and the relevance of business requirements
- Creating requirement specifications such as FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, flowcharts, business processes, data flows, ERD
- Working closely with the development team and product manager
- Testing modifications and writing user manuals
- Launching into industrial operation
- Developing functionality using the Low Code capabilities of Creatio Framework
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a business/functional/systems analyst role in a software development company
- Experience in high-level requirements analysis for new product development
- Understanding of business and systems analysis concepts, tools, models, and methodologies
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and support
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Experience working in a SCRUM team
- Understanding of REST, SOAP principles
- Ability to read and write API development requirements
- Ability to develop product functionality using Low Code Creatio (mandatory knowledge of FreedomUI)
- Adavanced level of English
