Front-End Team/Tech Leader (Poland) in Adaptiq

We are looking for an experienced and talented Front-End Team/Tech Leader to join our engineering team and spearhead our front-end development initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the future of our front-end architecture, processes, and methodologies. You will be tasked with rebuilding and leading our front-end team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a front-end team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience.
• Implement modern front-end testing practices for robust and efficient testing.
• Assess and address technical debt within the front-end codebase.
• Promote collaboration, peer reviews, and shared responsibility for code quality.
• Introduce effective development processes to improve productivity and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of leading and managing front-end teams.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with React, including its ecosystem and related technologies.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks and tools.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, or similar.
• Experience in leading the design and execution of projects with multiple developers, including conducting design reviews, code reviews, and test reviews.
• Proven experience in end-to-end feature lifecycle ownership, from product requirements to architecture and design, development, and testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
