GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization focusing its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of the protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. population and improving the resilience skills of first responders" aims to protect and support the rights of internally displaced persons, war-affected populations, stateless persons, as well as veterans and their families at the national, local and individual levels. In 2026, the Fund, as part of the project, will monitor the protection of the rights of IDPs and provide free legal assistance to internally displaced persons, stateless persons, veterans and their families in the regions of Ukraine.
The geography of activity includes Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, Poltava and Kirovohrad regions. The territory of implementation may change depending on the security situation and project needs.
The fund will monitor the protection of the rights of IDPs and provide free legal assistance to internally displaced persons in the regions of Ukraine. The project is looking for aSpecialist (position) in providing assistance in the field of protection inm. Odesa (Odesa Region).
DUTIES AND TASKS
Under under the direct supervision of the regional protection coordinator, and the general supervision of the protection coordinator and the regional team leader, the employee must:
identify beneficiaries in need of assistance in the field protection;
conduct in-depth surveys of beneficiaries to identify their needs, vulnerabilities, available resources and assessment andindividual risks in the field of protection;
carry out home visits to assess the living conditions of beneficiaries;
based on the analysis, create beneficiary questionnaires for the provision of financial assistance and submit them for consideration to the regional coordinator;
maintain contacts with case managers, social workers, lawyers, psychologists, representativesby members of partner organizations and other specialists who participate in providing assistance to the same beneficiaries;
participate in post-distribution monitoring, including receiving checks, receipts and other documents confirming the use of funds as intended, making home visits;
enter into the CRM system information about the beneficiaries, the assistance provided to them and the results of its use;
good communication skills, politeness and diplomacy;
own car is an advantage;
