Tasks:
< em style="font-style: italic">The affected population accountability specialist is responsible for ensuring accountability mechanisms and their implementation in all programs; in particular, exchange of information with the affected population, active involvement of beneficiaries, receiving feedback and considering complaints.
Responsibilities: p>
- Ensuring information and reporting to the affected population
- Involvement of the affected population in all stages of the project
- Exit to the place, according necessary, to ensure active participation of beneficiaries and monitoring of data collection
- Development of data collection tools based on monitoring indicators of accountability with affected groups (AAP)< /em>
- Developing a feedback mechanism (scripts) and handling all feedback/complaints
- Integrating AAP into proposal development through project description, budget, and logical points of interaction
- Developing ways checks for compliance with humanitarian standards during events
Requirements for candidates:
- higher education in the field of social work/psychology/pedagogy or related disciplines;
- work experience in the social sphere of 2 years or more will be an advantage;
- knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of protection of the rights of children, including families of SHO families;
- understanding of the characteristics of SHO families will be an advantage;
- computer skills (MS Office, Internet, social networks);
- responsibility, organization, sociability, stress resistance, ability to work in a team;
- ability to quickly absorb information;
- desire to develop and constantly improve your professional level;
- readiness for business trips and work in communities.
Working conditions:
- UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with a natural person-entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
