Kharkiv regional youth public organization "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" Youth NGO helping Ukrainian families survive the war, founded in 2008, implements educational projects for youth, vulnerable social groups and provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainians on the front lines. In 2023, we became an accredited partner of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

We are looking for a qualified coordinator (regional manager), who will be responsible for the implementation of project goals in one of the specified regions (Kyiv, Kherson, Ternopil, Kryvorizky district of Dnipropetrovsk region)< /span>

The ideal candidate has experience in managing teams, understanding humanitarian projects and effective communication skills with local partners.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Implementation of KPIs: Management and monitoring of all project activities, including the organization of public and digital centers, information and educational campaigns, partnerships with local organizations.
< li>Team management:Coordinating the work of area coordinators and all project staff (from 20 people), including assistants, trainers, psychologists and other specialists.< li>Planning and organization of activities: Organization of educational events, trainings, master classes, self-defense school, psychosocial support, consultations, meetings with state and communal institutions.
• Communication and partnerships: Establishing effective communication with local organisations, including schools, social services, police and local authorities. 
• Promotion of the project: Ensuring maximum promotion of the project through media channels to attract the target audience the audience Planning and monitoring: Creating a project implementation plan, tracking progress, adapting plans and making adjustments. 
• Reporting: Preparation of regular reports (text, photo, financial) about project implementation results. 
• Resourcing:Supplying the team with the necessary materials to complete tasks. 
• Identifying and solving problems: Identification of problems and gaps in project implementation, proposal ways to eliminate them. 
• Documentation and coordination:Organization of information about the project, keeping documentation, reports, databases, planning and distribution of tasks.

Requirements: 

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• High computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, others databases.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Higher education in the field of management, marketing, economics or social sciences will be an advantage.
• High stress resistance and the ability to organize and plan.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Jira/Trello/Asana would be a plus an advantage.
• Experience of working in humanitarian conditions will be a plus.
