The Fund is an executive partner of the UNCCC and provides programs for providing direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, facilitates changes in the national legal framework, bringing it in line with international human rights standards.  

Description of the Project

Coordination of Compact Residence and CCCM (CCCM) is the name of standardized coordination mechanisms used to work with refugees through the refugee coordination model, and are used through CCCM cluster. CCCM mechanisms provide effective provision of services and protection of displaced persons in all types of residence, in cities or rural areas, and whether they live in the territory specially created for this purpose, in places that have been formed unplanned, through self -expansion, places of compact. In recent years, the CCCM sphere has also covered work with displaced persons who live in host families and in the community center. The activities of the MTP include the directions of organizational, methodological and information support in the performance of the tasks of the project. Specialist is responsible for help development, emergency planning and information management. His/her main goal is to help create the humanitarian space necessary for effective protection and assistance to displaced persons. Specialist/rank, within the limits of the duties assigned and under the guidance of the SSSM cluster coordinator, will work closely with the international community and all cluster participants. Specialist/-ka performs the task of coordinating the activities of MTP, establishing the processes of solving difficult life circumstances of internally displaced families, by improving accessibility to services, organization of safespace for IDPs and implementation of solving and elimination of problems of such MTP. One of the most important tasks of a specialist/-i is to develop institutional documents of ITP activity, organization of feedback of residents and assistance in solving IDP issues that live in such MTP. none "> responsibilities and responsibilities

  • Assistance in the development and maintenance of an effective partnership with different stakeholders, collaboration with foreign partners;

  • Updating databases with contacts, information management; none ">

    Regular monitoring of compact IDPs;

  • Organization and Coordination of residents and ITP administration, as well as with interested parties;

  • Help in identifying vulnerable beneficiaries;

  • Support in the provision of humanitarian aid to the places of compact residence;

  • Development of partnerships with local authorities, beneficiaries, communities, humanitarian organizations and other interested persons;

  • Assistance in the development of project documentation;

  • Development of Institutional Documents of Activities of MTPs;

  • Organization and participation in coordination meetings with all stakeholders at the level of the areas;

    Development and Implementation of IDPs Residing in ICPs and procedures for solving questions identified in addresses;

  • Assistance in the organization of interagency interaction among various service providers to solve the life situations of internally displaced families;

  • Introduction of IDPs Resident in ICPs to the organization of care, maintenance of places of residence and surrounding space;

  • Introduction of the System of Involvement of Residents in Structures and Groups in the Organization of MTP activities;

  • Visiting the CLC CCM Meet, Preparation of Meeting Notes;

  • Preparation of Statistical and/or Other Reports;

  • Interaction and Coordination with local authorities;

  • Provision of Personal Data Protection Principles and Sensitive Information;

  • Support in writing reports and supporting documents related to assistance and coordination;

  • Other responsibilities;

    • Higher Education in the Field of Social, Pedagogical Sciences, Psychology, Management, Rights or Other Related Industry;

    • Humanitarian Experience or Charity Projects;

    • Knowledge of National Legislation in the Field of Population and IDPs;

    • Knowledge of internal displacement issues;

    • Knowledge of the region and socio-political situation in the region;

    • Good planning skills and targeting results;

    • excellent communication skills;

    • Ability to work independently and in a team in compliance with specified deadlines;

    • possession of Excel, Word, Google;

    • Flexibility, ability to build a team relationship on a trusting and friendly basis;

    • The desire and ability to improve and develop;

    • Knowledge of Humanitarian Principles;

    • Knowledge of English will be an advantage;
