In a timely manner, on a daily basis to provide form reports, on the results of monitoring visits;

To identify the most vulnerable IDPs and their needs;

Explain the norms of legislation for IDPs and persons affected by hostilities, counseling on other issues;

To provide other individual assistance to IDPs;

Information and in full display information in the IDPS CRM;

To identify potential beneficiaries to participate in the IPA Cash;

Perform other responsibilities as needed;

Understanding and Compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Fund policies;

Preference is given to candidates who have their own car. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Professional requirements

• Higher Education (preferably: sociology, jurisprudence, journalism);

• Desirable Knowledge of Human Rights;

• Readiness for Significant Working in Fields (Outside the Office);

• Readiness for a large number of trips and beyond the normalized working day;

  The ability to collect information according to the goals and objectives of the project;

• Skills to prepare reports (analytical, individual incident);

• Understanding of Humanitarian Principles;

• Excellent communication skills, readiness for daily communication with people (IDPs, representatives of power institutions);

• Preference is given to IDPs that have lost their work due to movement;

• self-motivation;

• Flexibility.
