BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of the protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In partnership with the UN Refugee Agency, the Fund implements a project aimed at developing and implementing effective strategies for the social adaptation of IDPs and their integration into communities.  700">Provision of shelter services for IDPs, returnees and war-affected population in Ukraine. The main tasks include identifying the needs of victims, providing social support for successful relocation and adaptations.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identification of persons and families who are potential recipients of social adaptation services.

  • Compilation of individual work plans with the beneficiary.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education in social sciences, law, psychology or humanities will be an advantage. 
  • Understanding current legislation and methods of providing social services. 
  • Experience in the field of social support or humanitarian work services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different categories of the population.
  • Experience working with internally displaced persons will be an advantage. 
  • Skills in gathering and analyzing information. 
  • Knowledge of the principles of privacy and personal data handling 400">WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

      Contract until 30 December 2026 (possibility of extension depends on further funding and personal results).
