1. During the period of martial law, we work in a hybrid format
   ( 1-2 days - work in the office, others - remotely);
2. If you wish, you will have the opportunity to work more often in our comfortable office in the center of Kyiv, where there are rest areas, a library , as well as a kitchen where there is always something to eat;
3. Flexible 8-hour work schedule (8-17; 9-18; 10-19; 11-20; 12-21; 16-00; 00-08);

The verification department specialist in our team will deal with the following tasks:

• Conduct client identification;
• Analyze information about the financial and credit risks of a potential borrower;
• Check the reliability of the information specified in the credit application;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Analyze et alrevise documents provided by the client;
• Monitor changes in quality indicators affecting the client's solvency;
• Make decisions on applications for non-cash loans.

Selection criteria:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in banking or finance (work in the MFI will be an advantage);
• Experience of conducting telephone verification with the client;
• Resistance to stress, skills to work and analyze a large amount of data;
• Ability to work in a team for a result;
• Competent Ukrainian language.
