We are creating a platform that will allow you to automate the setup of marketing campaigns, effectively manage various traffic sources, increase the effectiveness of advertising and optimize the costs of hiring qualified candidates.
Our team is currently looking for a Tech Lead who will lead product development and eventually transition to the role of CTO. This position requires in-depth knowledge in the field of technology, in particular the management of highly loaded systems, the processing of large volumes of data and the architecture of modern infrastructures.
In the role Tech Lead you will:
- Reply for the formation and implementation of a technical strategy aimed at product development.
- Manage a team of developers, actively participating in the process of developing and writing code, ensuring the achievement of key technical goals.
- Cooperate with the startup CEO.
Your tasks:
- Creating a team of technical specialists with the necessary competencies to support and develop the platform, their management and motivation.
- An audit of the current state of the platform with recommendations for improvements that address current business goals.
- A short- and long-term product development plan focused on growth and efficiency.
- Implementing improvements to improve platform performance and achieve core business goals.
- Improving existing code, developing new functions and solving complex technical problems to ensure maximum performance and efficiency of the platform, continuous improvement of current solutions and implementation of modern approaches to support stable operation of the system.
It is important for us:
- Experience in developing highly loaded products from scratch: including architecture design and technology stack selection.
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead.
- Proactivity- the desire not only to perform tasks, but also to initiate changes and implement new ideas.
- Analytical skills - the ability to quickly assess the current state of the platform, identify strong points and weaknesses, and offer effective solutions.
- Result orientation - the desire to achieve high results that have a visible impact on business development.

Technology stack:
BackEnd: Python (FastAPI, Django ), basics of Golang, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch.
FrontEnd: TypeScript, ReactJS (React Hooks, Redux, Context API), assembly with Vite or other tools (Webpack, Parcel).
Database: PostgreSQL, Redis.
Infrastructure: AWS (S3, EC2)/Digital Ocean Spaces/Droplets.
DevOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes or similar.
It will be a plus:
- Experience with Golang in production
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience implementing monitoring using Prometheus, Victoria Metrics or similar.
