We are looking for?Technical support group specialist ( servicedesk) of the User Support Department of the Department of Operational Technologies

Your main tasks will be :

  • Accepting requests from technological network users, diagnostics.
  • Solving simple hardware and software problems.
  • Providing advice on basic issues and available instructions.< /li>
  • Ensure capture and classification of user requests.
  • Provide support via telephone, e-mail or online chat, installation and configuration of software.
  • Resolve questions regarding installation and connecting equipment.
  • Interacts with other levels of technical support to solve more complex problems.
  • Participation in IT management projects.
  • ??Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient running the technical aspects of the company, helping to maintain a high level of productivity and user satisfaction.?

We will be happy to see you in the team if you have:

  • ??Higher technical education, preferably in computer science, engineering or related to IT
  • < li>Experience in the position of (assistant) system administrator or support service, experience in implementing and supporting solutions in a team environment, providing support to customers and/or end users in IT.
  • ??Good knowledge of Windows administration.< /li>
  • Competent oral and written communication. 
  • Openness and non-conflict, sociability. 
  • Analytical skills are welcome. 
  • Sure knowledge of the principles of network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, TFTP, Proxy, VLAN, Group Policies, etc. 
  • Experience in identifying and fixing PC hardware problems
  • Responsibility and result-oriented. 
  • Ability to learn quickly. 
  • Aspiration to improve and learn new things.
