This role involves:
1. Personnel administration
- Management of personnel processes: admission, dismissal, transfer, disciplinary actions.
- Administration of hospital and HR data in 1C.
- Preparation of orders, maintenance of personal files and work books.
- Preparation of military accounting documents.
2. Administration of banking processes
- Entering card details of employees.
- Connection/disconnection from the salary project.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Training and development
- Participation in projects of the direction "Involvement and development of the organization" within the framework of the lean production system (MOS)
