Personnel inspector in Tropik, TzOV

The Tropic company, which actively and stably works in the market of sales of imported fruits and vegetables, invites a personnel inspector to work.

Requirements:

• education - higher, unfinished higher;
• work experience from 1st year;
• attention;
• knowledge of programs 1 C/ZUP, Word, Excel;
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• management of personnel records (recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees);
• management of orders for the main activity; 
• holding vacations (main, social, educational);
• documentation of employee absences (forming acts, sending recommended letters);
• working with electronic sick leave;
• entering all data into the personnel accounting system 1C 8 ZUP;
• working with PFU;
• preparing orders for business trips;
• keeping staff list;
• maintenance of the timesheet;
• control over the fulfillment of the quota for employment of persons with disabilities;
• cooperation with employees of related departments;
• consultation of employees on personnel matters.
