We invite a specialist in the personnel evaluation and development department to become part of our large and friendly team.

Your tasks:

• Organization of personnel evaluation and training.
• Conducting initial evaluation and organization of training/retraining of employees.
• Supporting the adaptation of new production employees.
• Formation of personnel reserve and promotion qualifications.
• Formation of documents for internship at the enterprise.
• Development of training materials.
• Preparation of reports.

What is important to us?

• Work experience in the field of personnel evaluation and development from 1 year.
• High level of responsibility and attention to details.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, systematize and analyze information.
• Proficient PC skills (1C, Excel, Word).
• Experience in a manufacturing company will be an advantage.
