Personnel inspector in NDA Recruitment

The company is looking for a responsible Human Resources Supervisor to be part of a professional HR team.

Main tasks:

• Keeping personnel records - registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees, registration of all types of vacations in accordance with the law;

• Working with the BAS system - entering and updating personal data, forming orders, accounting for the movement of personnel in the program;

• Maintenance of personal files of employees, filling out P-2 cards, accounting of work books (if needed), control over the completeness of documents;

• Compilation of personnel documents - preparation of certificates from the workplace, notices, orders, extracts, etc.;

• Familiarization of employees with the rules of internal labor procedures, instructions, internal policies companies, basic consulting on labor legislation and internal procedures.

Requirements:

• High level of organization, responsibility, attention to details;

• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and experience in managing personnel records;

• Confident command of the BAS system (or similar accounting programs), Excel, Google Sheets;

• Ability to work with large amounts of information;

• Communication, ability to work in a team;

• Maintaining confidentiality when working with personnel data.
